Hey Paul, Even though i can have 400 Phe I eat the products of "schott". The leversausage has 180 Phe per 100g, the bloodsausage about 200 Phe per 100g and the potatoe sausage (both- for bread and for the grill) 180 Phe per 100g, too. When i was young I had 350-400 Phe´s...this started at the age of 3. When i was a teenager i had the same Phe tolerance. With 22 years i started my diet after 6 years no-diet because i would get pregnant...my Phe levels were over 20mg/dl before i started... In this time before i got pregnant i had only 300 Phe´s for more than 1 year...During my pregnancy the Phe tolerance grew to at least over 1200 Phe´s This was a great time...with 1200 Phe sometimes you can drink normal milk or eat normal brea...
That´s the way it is...children in the first school (here: Grund-schule) don´t think about it....but when they became older they are interested and think about it In my school time it wasn´t much different
Cool...I wish I´ve had friends in the school who had ideas like this... They accepted it all but those great ideas had no one in my school time
I drink the PAM Anamix together with PAM Maternal and water also 3 times a day...it´s great because you can find water everywhere when you are on the way (for example business etc.) I do that since i was a child
Hey Thomas, before I could became pregnant it tooks 1 1/2 year to keep the Phe level down between 2-6...I often said: No chance and was frustrated but at least I made it after all... so I want you that you´ll can say soon, that you made it, too. I had a long way to my son, but it paid off ,.. Believe me
