Hi Daisy.

Welcome ^^

I have a 5 yo son so I have done the maternal diet.

Before him I actually practiced the preconception diet for a few years!

It can be scary and I could not imagine I could be so consistant but you can do it.

And once you are pregnant the motivation is enough to become an instant expert! I found when I was actually pregnant it was much easier because I enjoyed the fresh food even more.
