I've been off diet for years and learned that normal rice, pasta and such can be easily cooked in the microwave, which is great for me as I have very little energy (due to a different condition) and I find the microwave much easier to use than the stove. I'm looking into going back on diet and want to know if anyone's tried this with low protein rice etc? Can this stuff be microwave-cooked?
Considering going back on diet. Would appreciate all the help I can get!
