    • asparagus salad

      1/2 bunch asparagus
      3-4 leaves of lettuce
      1/3 cup shredded low protein cheese (optional)
      1/2 cup grape tomatoes
      2 tbsp japanese miso salad dressing (nutrition info on the label protein =0g per tbsp)

      1. clean the asparagus and boil it whole
      2. chop up lettuce and place into bowl
      3. cut tomatoes in half and add to lettuce
      4. drain off asparagus, let it cool (placing it in cold water for few min speeds up the process) then cut it into bite-size chunks
      5. to the bowl with veggies :] add asparagus, cheese and dressing, mix well, serve
