    • any kind of ramen noodles (average) has 8.91g protein per 85g serving (dry). that is fairly high for a low protein diet.

      you can replace these noodles by mung bean noodles or cellophane or rice vermicelli. they have substantially less protein, fast to cook but do need a little more skill to prepare.
